First timer - a very positive experience
By Timothy W on 10 November 2023 | Purchase not verified
It's my first time owning a car and Daniel patiently went through the entire process with me. There was absolutely no hard selling at all and the entire process made me feel like I could trust them. Honestly in future if I ever need a vehicle again, they would be my first go-to.

Got a brilliant 420d from idealCardealer, and I have to admit the level of customer service has been outstanding,., They helped and got on the ball even when I called early morning to sort out a minor detail, the car came clean and as promised / agreed prior to me collecting it, clean and tidy. Highly recommend, great lads all of them. ilias, London
