IDeal Car Centre is not particularly easy to find in Little Hulton, but it's worth the effort. TBH it lacks many of the charms of a franchise dealership, presenting more as a fortress than an open site you might meander around kicking a few tires, but that said, they more than make up for all the fluff by providing good honest down to earth service centred around well selected and prepared cars at good prices. I am more than happy with the Golf I purchased. And just to be certain, this is not the same place as the similarly named car seller in Wolverhampton.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! Even asking basic questions was difficult, and they offered minimal information before any deal. I decided not to proceed with the purchase solely due to their poor interaction. The person I spoke to was rude and definitely needs training in customer service and sales. If this is the service pre-sale, I dread to think what it would be like post-sale. AVOID!

Rude staff. Sell cars that are filthy yet say they have been cleaned. Will not allow you to collect at the weekend so you have to pay for delivery which is not anywhere near the price they estimate on their website. The car I bought had dog hair all over the boot. The roof interior was filthy. The vents all clogged with dirt. When I viewed it it was at the back of their garage surrounded by other cars with no way of getting it out to see it properly. When I complained that it was filthy after it was delivered and that the MOT said there is a nail in the tyre they were rude. Only offered £15 to get a tyre repair and £10 to get it valeted inside and out. I had even bought the extra warranty but they did not care. They are appalling.

Whilst we never like to have unhappy customers and strive to keep people happy, unfortunately in this instance what you are saying is not true, we went out of our way to keep you happy and you were rude, aggressive, unreasonable, and threatened us with 'so many bad reviews all across Manchester' simply as you were trying to extort more money out of us. It was explained on our website and prior to sale and numerous times to you afterwards that we do not deliver cars ourselves or organise delivery. We put you in touch with delivery companies who usually charge approximately £1.50 per mile but they would confirm exact costs with you, which they did and you simply weren't happy. Unfortunately delivery is nothing to do with us. You stated the tyre had a puncture, and despite it never needing inflating whilst in our possession, we agreed to cover the cost of a puncture repair. The car was valeted and you viewed it prior to sale and it was clean, however we apologised to you if you thought the valet was not up to our usual standards and we offered to pay for the car to be valeted. We were polite and tried to be helpful at all times but you immediately became rude and aggressive and threatening, and it was very clear you were threatening to leave bad reviews unless we paid you what you wanted.

Have dealt with many garages & bought many cars over the years.This is by far the worst & most rude customer service.Dude on phone even had the cheek to say 'are you sure you're ready to buy the car?'. Idiot!

Dealt with Andy at Ideal Cars, really nice guy, car was exactly as described. It was ready to pick up at the agreed time and all valeted and MOT'd as agreed. Excellent service.

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeablewith the process. We found a vehicle on the Saturday and it was delivered through one of their recommended company's and arrived on the Wednesday. Vehicle was exactly as described and in Fantastic condition.
