Absolutely shocking service! Engine went after a few weeks. The garage have taken no steps to rectify the problem and class it as wear and tear. These people treated me in a disgusting manner and I feel they are getting away with selling cars that won't last two minutes, just like mine. Avoid Ideal Car Centre and buy from another dealer.

Was contacted today by after sales and asked to leave a review of how I found the service..... Ideal were great, when they mentioned they had a few bad reviews and we're contacting all their customers I was shocked. They were true gents and I am over the moon with my car. It was the cheapest around and in lovely condition. Cannot fault the car or the service!

I found the whole experience first class - my partner pointed out what needed doing on the car I was looking to buy and everything was put right before I purchased the vehicle. On collection of the vehicle this was straight forward and (a special thank you to Shaun) for the full what the car can do experience). They have some nice prestige motors and give a 3 month warranty on all vehicles so don't let the negatives below put you off - if anything happens after sale you are covered for parts and labour. I have just bought from ideal centre and I thought they were great. The young lad I dealt with was really friendly and helpful. On the 2 occasions we were there they were overwhelmed with customers but still managed to demonstrate good customer service. It's early days yet as far as the cars health is concerned but we had a lovely drive home to Wales and would reccomend them to anyone.

After 3 weeks of owning the car the engine blew, the dealership were very unhelpful when I contacted them about the issue and refused to take liability so I am now taking the matter up with my finance provider.

I found the car I'd been looking for at ideal car center, and did my due diligence and read reviews from many sites, including this one. After speaking with the owner about the negative feedback, he knew about each one, and I have to say put my mind at rest. Sometimes I think that people forget that when you buy a used car, that the car has actually been used, and that issues are likely to come up! They offer an extended warranty at a very good price and to me that's a no-brainer and would cover any issues beyond wear and tear. I'm extremely happy with my new (used) Audi A5 3.0 TDI S Quattro, and with the service I received from the company.

My brother bought an Octavia from these guys and I took him to pick it up. I took a look around the showroom and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for too, and so drove away in a great car too. Very friendly, very professional, no hard sell and no hassle. Prices are very competitive and the service second to none. As always when looking for a new car it's best to shop around, but make sure this place is on your list to look around.

Very friendly and helpful. The car was for my son so I traveled from Hertfordshire to collect the car and I was even collected from the local train station. It was a nice surprise to find the car in such good condition (as described on the phone) and good value for money. Would recommend a visit.
