Bought a Ford Focus convertible last month. Don’t live local but was a recommended to me. Great service from the moment we walked through the door. We dealt with a chap called Andy Nuttal who was fantastic. Nothing was too much and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. 5*

Visited the car center yesterday was greated by a lovely young man..believe his name was Leon he listened my needs and was able to show me some vehicles within my price bracket he had a great knowledge about many of the cars in stock. Got a brilliant 420d from idealCardealer, and I have to admit the level of customer service has been outstanding,., They helped and got on the ball even when I called early morning to sort out a minor detail, the car came clean and as promised / agreed prior to me collecting it, clean and tidy.
